Pre-Made Orders
All items are Pre-Made. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
